Chris Hemsworth shared a tough workout on the bodyweight circuit

Both Chris Hemsworth and his stuntman have built up an inordinate amount of muscle over the past year – even by Asgardian standards – and the actor is arguably the craziest he’s ever been. This time, he increases the effectiveness of each exercise by combining them in a series of 5 supersets. You won’t be counting your reps here, but rather you’ll be performing each exercise for a specific short period of time. Each superset lasts less than a minute, with 20 seconds of rest in between.   • 30 seconds of switches and 20 seconds of planks
  • 30 seconds of burpees and 20 seconds of toe crunches
  • 30 seconds of mountain climbers and 20 seconds of bent knees in V
  • 30 seconds of prisoner squats and 20 seconds of floating kicks
  • 30 seconds of push-up planks and 20 seconds of jumping lunges

    When you have completed the routine, rest for 60 seconds, then repeat the circuit 4 times.
