For the famous home cook, the rest of the day stays clean and focused. For example, Porowski has once again found the juice, which he calls his “on and off again” food trend relationship. Its current status as a juice relationship includes pear, celery, fennel, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime. And rosé champagne.
If Porowski is on the road and can’t cook lunch or dinner, he stays lean with his order: chicken or salmon, both with lots of veg.
