Jay Cutler shared the routine he’s been following since the start

Sharing the challenges he faced, the interviewer said he couldn’t hang out with friends, get drunk once in a while or go out to restaurants or go out or go to the movies. When asked how it was for Cutler, he repliedI had the will of a superman. He also shared that he started with a diet on his fridge. He ate six meals a day and followed them diligently.

Also, he never changed the schedule at all like meal two with meal four. He ate the same foods at the same time every day. That’s not all! He said he would also monitor the results.

Cutler showed sincerity and consistency in his routine. He shared that he trains the same way and never misses his daily practice. Also, when it comes to hanging out with friends, the champion bodybuilder said he will go out and watch movies as well. Also, every time he went to dinner, he ordered plain chicken breast and baked potatoes.

He went on to say that he would choose restaurants and menus carefully which would allow him to be a bit restrictive with his nutrition as he always follows some sort of guide.
