Indian bodybuilder Pratik Vitthal Mohite confirmed as the smallest in the world

Pratik Vitthal Mohite (India) is 102 cm (3 ft 4 in) tall and is the shortest competitive bodybuilder (male) worldwide, as verified in February 2021.

Pratik first asked to set a new world record thanks to a friend’s suggestion, and although the pandemic has slowed the process down, he is now proudly raising a GWR certificate.

Beat a world record and appear in Guinness World Records 2022 is of great importance to Pratik, who says seeing his name inside the book will be a life-changing moment.

“Getting recognition from Guinness World Records is a big step forward for me,” he says.

Pratik’s bodybuilding career began in 2012, not without some initial bumps in the road.

At first, during his training, he had difficulty grasping the equipment.

“People thought I was weak,” he said. But, thanks to hours of hard work in the gym and a vibrant mindset, Pratik has proven people wrong.

He wants to get the message across that anyone can do anything if they have a goal in mind and stay focused.

Pratik’s first participated in a competitive event in 2016.

“My family is very happy and proud of me and my friends are very supportive and helpful.”

To achieve his goals, he maintains a strict training regimen.

His morning starts early with a 30-minute run.

After a healthy breakfast, which also includes special diet foods, in the afternoon, Pratik goes to the gym for two hours. He takes a few snaps for his Instagram while training, keeping his followers updated on his progress.

Another 30-minute run in the evening concludes his day.

When he’s not at the gym, Pratik enjoys playing cricket with his friends.

Pratik is heading towards an exciting future, filled with personal goals and new dreams to seize.

He intends to continue bodybuilding and aims to open his own gym, where he will inspire and train future like-minded athletes.

There might even be more records in his future: Pratik is eager to attempt the record for most push-ups in a minute!
